We are offering an assortment of one day retreats throughout the year. These are listed below, with more information about how to book.

Heartspace - Retreat days to nourish the heart
These are opportunities to come together to share silence, open the ‘ears’ of our hearts and rest in being. Sometimes a deepening sense of presence and connectedness can arise within our experience as we sit, immersing ourselves in the living, wild beauty of Dartmoor.
Each day will have a simple rhythm of silent sitting; Kum Nye (Tibetan yoga); walking meditation, outside if possible; and practices of the heart.
Everyone is welcome!
The days will start at 10:00am and finish at 3:00pm.
Please bring your own lunch. Teas and coffee are provided.

Anne Overzee offers courses and retreats in Italy, which she has done for for the last twenty years; she also works as an End-of-life Doula, and is a mentor/supervisor for those involved in training and clinical care, having previously worked for many years as a Core Process psychotherapist.
